Please Help Us Complete Hurricane Bags for Seniors!

A huge thank you to everyone who donated flashlights.

Because of your generosity, we now have enough to provide every one of our seniors with this important emergency item! 

We’re putting the finishing touches on our Hurricane Bags and preparing to deliver them to over 930 St. Johns County seniors on July 20 and July 27. Each bag is being filled with essentials to help our seniors feel a little more prepared if severe weather threatens our community.

We’re still in need of a few items to complete these bags:

-Individually wrapped toilet paper

-Soft breakfast bars

-Peanut butter and/or cheese cracker packs

 -Fruit cups

We hope these Hurricane Bags are never needed. But if a storm does come our way, we hope they serve as a reminder that our seniors are not facing it alone.

They are surrounded by a community that cares.
